Well-Being

Being comfortable in ourselves, healthy, and happy is something we all aim to achieve however, it’s not simply a button we can switch on that say’s “I’m happy today” or “I’m comfortable in any situation” it’s something we need to work on.

I’m a perfectionist and a people pleaser two traits that can be diabolical to one’s well-being. I have to say it’s taken me many years (and it’s something I’m still working on to this day) to truly appreciate the importance of health and well-being, and how it has a flow on affect in every aspect of your life.
