The easiest Christmas Chocolate Truffles!
If you want a simple recipe that’s sure to impress this Christmas look no further than these chocolate truffles. Smooth, rich and decadent no one will know how simple they are to make.
Ingredients:
- 250g Cream Cheese
- 225g Cadbury Melts – Dark
To Decorate:
- Cadbury Bournville Cocoa
- Shredded Coconut
Method:
- With electric beaters mix cream cheese until soft
- Place melts in a microwave safe bowl and heat on medium for 1-2 minutes stirring after each minute until smooth
- Add melted chocolate to cream cheese and mix well
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until set
- Roll 1 tablespoon balls and dust alternatively in cocoa and coconut
